786sp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or where 786sp reasonably suspects fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity. Upon closure, any Real Money balance remaining in the account after deduction of any bonus-derived funds and amounts under investigation will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.
Members may close their own account at any time by contacting 786sp support. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to standard rules and any resulting balance processed for withdrawal.
